Undergraduate

The Bachelor of Science in Education offers both licensure and non-licensure programs. You may major or minor in Education with or without completing the licensure program. Students completing the major or minor without licensure will be prepared to work in a variety of educational roles and settings outside public school classrooms, including child care centers, community education programs, residential centers and private industry. Our Massachusetts Department of Education (MADOE) and National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) approved licensure programs prepare candidates for Massachusetts licensure, or further graduate study.
