Registration
How to Register for Courses
- You may register for Graduate courses online via Navigator, by phone-in, by touch-tone voice registration (TTVR) or via walk-in.
- Click here to view registration dates, methods, and forms.
- Please note you cannot register online, by phone-in or by TTVR if:
- you plan to charge the bill to financial aid
- have an outstanding college bill
- or are registering for closed or Day courses.
- Degree-seeking, matriculated students registering for a restricted course should consult with their program coordinator.
Returning Students
- Students who have registered for a class within the last two years may register using any of the above methods.
New Degree-Seeking Students
- You may register using any of the above methods after being processed by the admissions office and receiving your student ID number.
New Non-Degree Students
- You may use the First-Time Self-Service for Non-Degree Students. This allows you to create a student account and register online for the first time. After this initial registration, you will be able to use Navigator to register, access grades, and update personal information.
- Please note that utilizing this system does not constitute admission to a degree program. If you plan to become a degree-seeking, matriculated student, you must apply before your third course, as only nine credits taken before matriculation may be counted toward your degree.
Tuition Waivers, Vouchers and Tuition Remission
- If you intend to use a tuition waiver, voucher or tuition remission form you must register on a space available basis via walk-in and present an original document at the time of registration.
- Space available is defined as those seats remaining in a course after the cancellation date published in the college's operations calendar.
- No refund will be processed if the voucher or form is presented after the registration is completed.
- Vouchers issued by the Graduate School and Graduate Assistant awards are not subject to space available.
- Vouchers, waivers, or tuition remission may not be applied to the cost of a directed study, thesis, internship, or independent study course.
