Required Materials
- $50 non-refundable application fee
- Submit official transcripts or transcript evaluation, documenting the award of a master's degree.
- Submit a letter of reference (preferably from a building principal or other educational supervisor).
- English Proficiency, if applicable for international applicants
- Submit a statement of purpose, answering the following questions:
- Three cohorts launching in fall 2025 will meet virtually (Tues., Wed., and Thurs. evenings); while a fourth hybrid cohort may meet partially in-person and partially online (Thursday evening only, location TBA). In your statement of purpose, please rank your cohort preferences by meeting day and modality: Tuesday online, Wednesday online, Thursday online, or Thursday hybrid. Each cohort will meet only on their dedicated day, across the two years of the program.
- What current and/or previous work experience has prepared you for leadership roles?
- Why is this leadership program the right fit for you now?
- Ideally, how would you like to make use of your leadership skills in your school and/or district?
- Resume, demonstrating evidence of at least two years of teaching experience
- *Copy of educator license, demonstrating that candidates hold at least an initial teaching license (contact program coordinators with questions about this requirement)
- *Optional: Passing scores on the Communication and Literacy portion of the Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure (MTEL)
- *Optional: Copy of evidence demonstrating SEI endorsement
*Unofficial online screenshots of these documents are acceptable for admissions purposes. Please note: All optional documentation will be required for entrance into the practicum at the end of the first year.

Applications are currently being accepted for fall 2025. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until cohorts are full or until Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
