June is Employee Wellness Month! Let's kick it off by talking about one of the main health risks associated with our jobs - sitting for prolonged periods.

Bright Breaks makes it easy for us take care of ourselves by getting up to move a few minutes at a time to break up the day. 

Here are a couple 7-minute live breaks to interrupt your sitting time:

Power Stretch: Energize Your Workday - Mon & Wed at: 11:05 am ET / 8:05 am PT & Thu at: 12:3 5pm ET / 9:35 am PT
