The annual Job and Internship Fair at Salem State University is Career Services' premier event with the most employers attending from every industry. First-year students, sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students are strongly encouraged to attend. Take this opportunity to connect with employers looking to hire SSU talent! How can I prepare for the fair?

Need career-ready attire? Make an appointment on Handshake to visit the Career Closet and take home a free Career Fair appropriate outfit! Or visit our Career Closet 11 am-3 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays!

How does the Job and Internship Fair work?

Company representatives will be available to answer questions about jobs in their industry and offer suggestions related to job opportunities and careers. Have a question? Just ask! Employers are excited to meet you and learn about your career interests.

This is also a chance to tell professionals about yourself and get experience in interview-like situations. Get ahead of the game and practice talking to industry professionals before you begin the interview process. (Hint: Attending the Job and Internship Fair might even help you land an interview for your next job or internship!)

At the Job and Internship Fair, you will also have the opportunity to freshen up your LinkedIn profile by having your professional headshot taken, sponsored by the Salem State University Alumni Association and Foundation!
