Unfortunately, supply chain issues with the 2023-2024 COVID vaccine are affecting the clinic that you signed up for. A shipment of COVID vaccine did not arrive, meaning that the clinic scheduled Tuesday, October 17 at Salem State University has been rescheduled to: Wednesday, October 25 at the same time of 10-2 pm.
Please note that the location will be different and your appointment on October 25 is at the Bertolon Café on Harrington (Central) campus.

Your appointment will be honored on Wednesday, October 25. For example, if you signed up for 12:15 pm on October17, YOUR NEW APPOINTMENT TIME would be 12:15 pm on Wednesday, October 25.
If you cannot make your appointment time, you do not need to cancel. Instead, please schedule an on-campus alternative appointment. You can also find alternative off-campus locations and resources on how to sign up for a COVID and/or flu vaccine through vaccine.gov.
