As we return to routines after the adventures of summer, let's not let taking care of ourselves reach the back burner of our priorities. Engaging in regular self-care activities helps us to reduce impacts of stress, enhance physical well-being and more.

It's easy to get stuck at our desks, but moving more can make a HUGE difference to how we feel
We often hear that 10,000 steps a day is the gold standard, but studies now show that hitting just 5,000 steps a day can help boost our mood, increase energy levels, and improve our mental and physical health. Getting up for a walk or run is an excellent form of self-care!
