Marketing and creative services is responsible for managing the university’s message and visual brand across all platforms to all audiences for the purpose of all of the university's current and potential community members. Marketing and creative services effectively leads the development and execution of all external and internal marketing efforts across campus, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the goals of Salem State's strategic plan.
The department develops and maintains all print materials and interactive and electronic marketing initiatives including the public website and social media channels, to showcase our full range of programs and resources. We also manage all advertising, market research, oversight of campus publications, photography, campus filming, and website administration along with online and email communications efforts, including editorial review and content development.
