The Ashgate Encyclopedia of Literary and Cinematic Monsters, with a section edited by Stephenie Young and with contributions written by Stephenie Young, Michael Jaros and Keja Valens, has been picked by the Canadian horror magazine Rue Morgue and separately by the "premier Serbian horror blog" Cult of the Ghoul as their "2014 best non-fiction title."
