Announcement of 2017 Salem State University
Upward Bound Summer Food Program
SALEM, MA (July 6, 2017) – The Salem State University Upward Bound Program announces its participation in the 2017 USDA Summer Food Program for Children. Free meals are provided to eligible attending children 13 - 18 years of age, without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, age or disability and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. The summer program will be conducted July 10, 2017 to July 27, 2017 at the Salem State University Dining Commons North Campus. Meal service will take place daily at 7:15 am, 12 Noon and 5 pm, Monday through Wednesday. Only breakfast and lunch will be offered on Thursdays and only breakfast on Fridays.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form (AD-3027), found online at http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
