The Student Success & The First Year Experience Office is pleased to announce TiElla Grimes, Founder and Principal of InnHer Uplift Consulting LLC, as keynote speaker for the 4th annual Student Success Summits in January 2024.  TiElla will return for a second year to inspire and encourage students as they begin the spring semester.

TiElla Grimes is a dynamic professional, embodying the roles of a Strategy Consultant, Spiritual Transformational Coach, InnPowerment Speaker, and Spoken Word Alchemist. Her life's motto, "I will never compromise my feelings, that's equivalent to denying the truth, and I will never deny myself that!" reflects her unwavering commitment to authenticity.

TiElla's career trajectory is marked by a rich background in Media, Education, and Urban Youth Development, with over two decades of experience in serving youth of color in Boston. Her advocacy extends to multiple boards, where she champions youth development and girls' empowerment. Her influence extends to a global stage, with a history of presentations and speaking engagements at prominent conferences, forums, policy discussions, and philanthropic sessions.

TiElla is the driving force behind InnHer Uplift Consulting, a mission-driven business dedicated to fostering healing, uplifting humanity, and cultivating harmony. She offers customized coaching programs and training that empower individuals on their personal journeys of inner transformation.

The Student Success Summits are on Wednesday, January 10 from 1-3:30 pm (Virtual) and Thursday, January 18 from 4:30-7 pm (Ellison Campus Center).
