Bertolon School of Business Students Unveil Big Sister Marketing Plan

3 Bertolon students receive recognition for their marketing efforts to help benefit Boston's Big Sister Organization
May 12, 2016

This week three Bertolon School of Business students were recognized for their marketing efforts helping to benefit the Big Sister organization in Boston. Students from professor Don White's class unveiled their guerilla marketing plan for the Big Sister organization of Boston at their annual meeting on Monday, April 9. Held at Merengue restaurant in Dorchester, the students organized to have a mural representing local Big Sisters volunteers to be painted on the exterior wall of Merengue restaurant. The students who created the plan are Marissa Murphy, Alen Dizdarevic, and Russel Thompson. This art mural will be used a tool to both recruit volunteers and promote the organization as well.

Congratulations to these students and their professor! One more example of how our students and faculty help to enrich our local communities!
