A big congratulations to Richard Fecteau. The Salem State senior, a four-time Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) first-team pick, was selected in the 39th round by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim this weekend in the 2016 Major League Baseball amateur draft.
