Jul 30, 2024

Staff/Faculty Fall 2024 Move-In Volunteer Sign Up

Residence life needs your help. The move-in volunteer assignments are different from last year. We will do move-in on Thursday, August 29 from 8 am-3 pm for about 250 early arrivals, and we set up for those days as a full move-in day. Then we have two full days on Saturday and Sunday from 8 am-6 pm.

You will see different shifts during move-in for different roles, see the list below. All these assignments will be done with safety as the top priority. We will provide lunch and t-shirts for everyone.

All volunteers are invited to attend volunteer training on Monday, August 26 from 3-4:30 pm via Zoom. Meeting invitation with details will be sent to you.

If you cannot make the Zoom meeting, a recording of the training will be available for review before your shift.
