Employee Only Cardio Kickboxing

This class combines martial arts style moves with a cardiovascular component. Cardio Kickboxing is a fun, challenging workout for all fitness levels. This class will build your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, improve coordination and flexibility as well as burn calories. Please wear comfortable clothing, sneakers and bring water and a mat.

Location: O’Keefe Multi-purpose room, except 11/29 will be in room O'Keefe 021
