This program welcomes all university employees. Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that focuses specifically on the core muscles (abdominals, hip, & back). This method of exercise promotes strength, stability, and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome. To register, please email Annmarie Bedard (abedard@salemstate.edu).
