The Inclusive Excellence Office invites you to learn more about our Employee Resource Groups (ERGS) / Affinity Groups here at Salem State! We have a number of existing groups and are looking to expand and establish new affinity spaces. Our ERGs provide community, networking and professional development opportunities, and work to foster inclusion for our faculty and staff/administrators.
These affinity spaces make a significant impact on our sense of belonging and broader connection to the Viking community.
