English secondary ed major Bianca Charles was accepted to both the Boston Teacher Residency and Teach for America. She has accepted Teach for America and will be heading to Detroit so she can teach and pursue her master's degree at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor after graduation in May.
Courtney Klappman, a film studies minor, landed an internship with Northern Lights in Boston this summer. Northern Lights is one of a very few film production houses with significant connections, major awards. Students from Emerson and BU also compete for limited slots for summer interns.
