On Wednesday December 7, in the lobby of the Harrington Building on South Campus from 11-3, Salem State University public health nursing students will be presenting a free “Happy Holiday Health Fair.”
We invite the Salem State community and affiliates to stop by for poster presentations and activities surrounding health promotion, strategies for living well, health screenings, a flu clinic, blood pressure screenings, and other tips for ringing in the New Year healthy and strong in mind, body, and spirit.
At 3 pm, a free beginner yoga/meditation class will be offered to participants in the lobby! Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. For further information please contact Charlene Moske-Weber in the department of nursing at cmoskeweber@salemstate.edu. See you there!
