The Geological Sciences Department will co-host a seminar with the Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies titled "Holocaust Archaeologies: Approaches and New Future Directions." on September 26, 2024. We are happy to host Professor Caroline Sturdy Colls, a historian and archaeologist who has done extensive work at several sites of persecution related to the Holocaust, including Treblinka, Alderney, and Trawniki. The talk will be held in the Petrowski Room on the second floor of Marsh Hall (Harrington Campus) starting at 6:30 pm. Audience members will have two ways of viewing it.
