Thea Miller wins international scholarship

The Executive Committee of the international foreign language honor society Phi Sigma Iota voted to award Salem State student Thea Miller, a biology major with a minor in Italian, the competitive Phi Sigma Iota Collegiate Member Scholarship in the amount of $1000. Miller was inducted into the Salem State chapter of Phi Sigma Iota in 2015 and will use her award to study in Florence, Italy, during Summer 2016.
