Finance and Facilities is pleased to confirm that the FY2021 budget is posted to PeopleSoft and is available in the Campus Financial Reporting System (CFRS) on Polaris. To view your specific budgets for FY 2021 in CFRS, we recommend using BUD007 - Budget Variance - Select View and EXE028 - Trust Fund Revenue & Expense - Select View. Be sure to select fiscal year 2021 before you run your reports.
The announcement of the FY 2021 budget having been approved by the Salem State University’s Board of Trustees is available in Polaris as is the PDF file of the Board-approved budget.
In previous years, departments have had the ability to reallocate existing operating budget dollars during the budget planning process. This was not a part of the FY2021 budget planning process due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you would like to move FY2021 budget funds on either a recurring (carries forward to future years) or one-time (FY2021 only) basis, please see the instructions.
