Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a unique style of yoga where postures are linked together in a continuous, challenging and creative flow that combines strength and flexibility while toning the body and clearing the mind. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace with intention and to listen to their body as they explore their own edge and discover inner strength. Set to upbeat, thoughtful music, Vinyasa is a dynamic and energetic class that synchronizes breath with movement. All fitness levels are welcome (and encouraged) to register by emailing Annmarie Bedard. Participants are welcome to come to the day session, night session, or both sessions.
*Please bring a mat, water and wear clothing that you can move around in.
