Now that you have completed your in person orientation, new modules will appear to be completed before September 1st. These modules include:
- Health and Immunization Requirements
- Welcome Week Information
- Office Resources
- Required Healthy Viking, Healthy You Compliance
June 19: Housing application due
June 20: Sign up for specific coaching programs through First Year Experience and more!
June 20: Sign up for First Year Day of Service
June 28: First year student housing selection
July 1: First day to log in and complete the online prevention program
July 3: Housing assignments posted
July 12: Fall bills available on Navigator
July 12: Setup begins for fall payment plans
July 13: First day to waive or enroll in health insurance
July 19: Suggested deadline for completing a FERPA release/waiver
July 19: Suggested deadline to set up an authorized user on Touchnet – Navigator payment system
Last Week of July: Fall textbook information becomes available
August 1: If using a payment plan, first payment is due today
August 1: Deadline to apply for Emerging Schoalrs, La Vida Scholars, STEP or RISE program
First Week of August: Book advances able to be used
August 1-12: First Year Senator interviews for student government
August 2: Move-in information sent via email
September 3: Welcome Week begins
September 5: Convocation
September 6: First day of classes
September 17: Deadline to complete prevention canvas modules
September 22: Deadline to change/drop meal plan
September 22: Deadline to waive/change health insurance
September 29: Last day to ensure immunization requirements are met
