Salem State University has a Care and Concern Team who review, intervene and document issues, incidents or students that are presenting serious concerning behaviors.
As a result of your referral, you will hear from a member of the Care and Concern team to discuss your concern further and share actions to address the situation.

The 24/7 MH Support Line 978.542.8327 is a confidential resource for students who need access to after-hours or urgent mental health support on a variety of issues. Parents, staff and faculty can all access this line regarding a student of concern.
