- Request a workshop for your class, student organization, or student workers
- Request a professional staff team strengths workshop
- Request an individual coaching session for you and/or your staff with one of our Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths coaches
- Assign Strengths Studio podcast episodes as listening homework for your class, student organization, or student workers

Most Requested Workshops
- Introduction to CliftonStrengths: The goal of this workshop is to provide a basic overview of CliftonStrengths. Students begin using strengths-based language to set goals and articulate their achievements and accomplishments.
- Strengths in Teams: The goal of this workshop is to help teammates understand and leverage each other's strengths to increase team efficiency and performance, improve communication, and support team dynamics. This is a great option for athletic teams and student organization executive boards!
- Values and Workplace Fit: The goal of this workshop is to help students explore future career paths that support their needs, values and interests. Evaluating workplace fit is a highly important step in making your next career move.
